Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Lake Butler, FL. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating portable radiology equipment to produce diagnostic quality images for Radiologist interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating portable radiology equipment to produce diagnostic quality images for Radiologist interpretation
  • Driving company vehicle with radiology equipment to various locations to perform various x-ray/CT exams as ordered by the physician
  • Obtaining and scanning required exam related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis per protocol
  • Regularly communicating with dispatch and management
  • Communicating efficiently and interacting professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients
  • Maintaining vehicle and x-ray equipment
  • Training other technologists as required
  • Performing special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Requirements
  • ARRT Certification in XR required
  • Prefer CT or registry eligible within 3 months
  • Maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements
  • Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times
  • COVID 19 Vaccinated Required, Proof must be submitted in candidate packet at time of submission or candidate will be automatically declined

The Radiologic Technologists may push/pull anywhere from lbs. With the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys, this weight decreases. When the tech is pushing/pulling the equipment in a facility or home; however, the weight can increase. 50 lbs of force (or more) can occur 16 to 24 times a day.
