Insurance Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Rick Smith - State Farm Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our insurance products and services.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be people-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Additionally, you must be able to learn computer functions and work effectively in a team environment.
