The position assists the Accounting Manager with financial planning, budgeting, and accounting practices, ensuring the highest ethical standards.

  • Prior automotive experience is required.
  • Assist with overseeing financial accounting systems and personnel.
  • Prepare monthly budgets and financial statements.
  • Forecast financial goals for each quarter to maintain profitability.
  • Review all financial statements, ledgers, and manage accounting staff to clear discrepancies.
  • Maintain strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected, and familiarity with additional accounting software programs is valued.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement.
  • A College Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification may be required by some dealerships.
  • Candidates must be at least eighteen years old and pass pre-employment screens.

Salary:

$75,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
