Froster Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Froster to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Froster, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes by following our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods.

• Follow our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
• Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure Nothing Bundt Cakes standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, ensure frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and wash any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus.

Has the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
