Froster Position

We are seeking a skilled Froster to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes and providing exceptional customer service.

• Follow proprietary frosting recipe and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
• Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders.
• Ensure adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, and wash equipment as needed.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and company policies.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required, but previous experience in a bakery or foodservice environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow direction and stay focused on tasks.

Must be able to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
