**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and performing various clinical procedures.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment, including documenting vital signs, medications, and other relevant information.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
* Completion of a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program or equivalent experience.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
