Position Summary:
The District Manager is responsible for overseeing several Dairy Queen restaurant establishments within a specified area. This role ensures that each location adheres to the company’s standards for customer satisfaction, product quality, and financial performance. The District Manager will lead and mentor restaurant managers and their teams, guaranteeing effective training and operational execution.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in fast-food restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit management capacity.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
- Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (as applicable) is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the quick-service restaurant sector, including its trends and challenges.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
