About the Role

We are seeking a driven and innovative individual to join our team as an Associate or Senior Associate Broker. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced senior broker and partner in the firm, gaining valuable insights and expertise to thrive in the competitive commercial real estate industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Passion to succeed and commitment to your goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a self-driven environment and desire to take initiative.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scheduling meetings through cold calling and strategic networking.
  • Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) work environment that showcases your sales skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and earning awards.
  • Recognition for exceptional performance and achievements in your previous roles.
  • Experience and/or confidence in selling to C-suite executives and other high-level decision-makers.
  • Experience in professional services sales or selling complex solutions.
  • Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting financial statements, including P&L underwriting, for small to mid-sized businesses.
