Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Recovery: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise recovery and restocking duties.
  • Merchandise Handling: Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to ensure accurate and efficient merchandise placement.
  • Omni-Channel Support: Assist customers with online orders, including BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stockroom organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and merchandise.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
