Position Overview:

As the Head of Childcare Services, you will collaborate closely with the Childcare Manager to ensure the effective management of our children's clubs. Your leadership abilities and childcare expertise will be vital in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate various age groups within the children's clubs
  • Ensure the childcare division surpasses company benchmarks
  • Maintain comprehensive records for all children
  • Uphold health, safety, and security protocols
  • Design engaging activity schedules for each age category
  • Address the nutritional requirements of children
  • Effectively manage risks and challenges
  • Serve as a deputy in the absence of the Childcare Manager

Qualifications:

  • Possess a childcare qualification at Level 3
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in childcare
  • Experience in Nursery Management is preferred
  • Hold a valid First Aid Certificate
  • Pass an Enhanced DBS check
  • Must be an EU/UK passport holder
  • Have an EU/UK bank account
