This role is essential in overseeing the clinical management of assigned Wraparound referrals and cases within our Child & Family Services Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide continuous clinical oversight for all Wraparound referrals and cases.
- Maintain required credentialing as mandated by state regulations and adhere to the endorsed Wraparound model.
- Collaborate with Southwestern Behavioral staff and external agencies to coordinate care and services for clients and their families involved in the Wraparound Facilitation program.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, including clinical billing and documentation.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
- Collect and report relevant data as required by state regulations, utilizing this information to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Demonstrate the ability to assess and respond effectively to psychiatric emergencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports within established timelines.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Facilitate team meetings for children and families in alignment with the Wraparound model.
- Engage in continuous training and development activities to improve job performance.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Provide consultation and educational activities to community and professional groups as necessary.
- Maintain relationships with other service providers, community organizations, schools, and civic groups to enhance community awareness and public relations.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
This position typically involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers and telephones. Working conditions may involve exposure to various environmental factors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children and families is preferred.
- Prior experience in Wrap Facilitation is advantageous.
- Successful completion of DMHA and OMPP-approved training and certifications for CMHW services is required.
- Eligibility to become a certified CANS Super User is necessary.
- Must have or be working towards acquiring Wraparound Practitioner Certification in accordance with DMHA policy.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must obtain and maintain Welle certification.
Candidates must pass required background checks, including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screening.
