Key Responsibilities:- Follow and measure recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Mix, scale, and bake a wide variety of products, including pastries, desserts, and other baked goods
- Ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other appliances
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent guest service and ensure a positive experience for all
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

- Previous culinary arts education or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of bakery production or deli experience, preferably in a high-volume bakery environment
- Energetic and willing to learn, with minimal supervision
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of cake decorating
- Ability to carry, push, pull, and lift 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic COVID-19 food and beverage safety requirements
- Strong communication, customer service, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
