Nurse Position at Cayuga Health
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cayuga Health's Comprehensive Outpatient Clinic in Cortland, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

As an LPN at Cayuga Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered care to individuals facing opioid use disorder and other challenges. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including RNs, NPs, and counselors, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care within the full scope of practice, ensuring client safety, dignity, and respect.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies, medications, and controlled substances.
- Collect diagnostic specimens, including toxicology screens, to aid in client assessment and care planning.
- Maintain accurate, professional medical records in both electronic and paper formats.

Requirements:
- Active New York Nursing license.
- Minimum education: completion of an accredited LPN program.
- BLS certification (new hires have the opportunity to obtain these certifications during introductory period).
