About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at A-1 Affordable Construction Inc. in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm with occasional Saturdays required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Process transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly and interim financial statements
  • Perform other related office duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping experience, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, and CRM software.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
