Certified Bookkeeper

Escobar Refrigerating is currently seeking a highly skilled Certified Bookkeeper to join our team. As a respected HVAC contractor, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping, including:

• Preparing and examining financial records, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Computing and recording numerical data, such as accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial information, including ledgers and journals.

To be considered for this role, you will require:

• Professional certification in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Experience working with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
