Position Overview:

The Senior Spa Massage Therapy Supervisor will lead a dedicated team of massage therapists, ensuring exceptional service and excellence in all wellness treatments. This position is crucial in enhancing the overall spa experience and fostering client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer a variety of massage therapies and wellness treatments customized for each individual client
  • Guide and mentor a team of massage therapists
  • Onboard and train new therapists on established spa standards and techniques
  • Establish strong rapport with clients and provide tailored treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with management to create and refine treatment protocols and uphold quality benchmarks
  • Research and implement innovative treatment options that reflect current market trends
  • Stay informed about new developments in massage therapy techniques and products
  • Ensure the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of treatment rooms and spa facilities
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain well-stocked treatment rooms
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred
  • Certification or equivalent with a minimum of one year in a related field
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
  • State-licensed massage therapist with necessary insurance
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
