  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to ensure employees understand customer needs and provide guidance on delivering exceptional service.">
  • Evaluate and analyze NPS results to determine areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experience.">

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in operations and sales.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.">
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive positive outcomes.">
  • Rental car experience is a plus but not required.">
