En tant que superviseur de production, vous serez responsable de la gestion de l'équipe de production et de la planification des opérations.
Vous devrez travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de conception et de développement pour garantir que les produits sont conçus et fabriqués selon les normes les plus élevées.
Vous devrez également surveiller les performances de l'équipe et prendre des décisions stratégiques pour améliorer la productivité et la qualité.

Compétences et qualifications requises- Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe ou la supervision de projet
- Connaissance des processus de fabrication et des outils utilisés dans l'industrie manufacturière
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe et les clients
- Bonne compréhension des principes de gestion de projet
- Capacité à analyser des données et à prendre des décisions éclairées
