Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Bangor, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient care, including clinical nursing practice, leadership, management, professionalism, and growth/development. You will also be required to perform independent assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, education, and care planning.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including documentation and communication with healthcare providers.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Maine.
- BSN degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably in acute care settings.
- Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
