Job OverviewThe Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab position is a critical role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering compassionate patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: One year of RN experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse - Acute Care role.
MaineHealth offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
