Job Summary:
The Surgical Technician Labor and Delivery I is an integral part of our medical team, responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment. This role requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with surgeons and registered nurses. Key responsibilities include assisting with patient care, maintaining equipment, and supporting the breakdown and instrument care in the Labor and Delivery deck area.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 3 years of clinical experience as a Surgical Technician, or equivalent experience in a related field. A graduate degree in Surgical Technology or an Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology is also required. Additionally, you must be certified as a Surgical Technologist within 1 year of hire or within 12 months of completing a Surgical Technology program. As a member of our team, you will work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, and be required to respond to calls as needed.
