**Welcome to Our Team:** We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric and Adult Mental Health Provider to join our team at Growing Primary Care Group.

About Us: As a Primary Care group, we pride ourselves on providing preventive care to the less fortunate. Our 'integrated model' approach to healthcare means that we address each patient's overall well-being for physical and mental health.

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, and flex spending account.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with a local Mental Health Center to provide psychiatric care to patients in a primary care setting.
  • Develop a schedule that includes 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week.
  • Provide wraparound services such as case management, language interpretation, and financial assistance to meet each patient's unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with experience working in primary care settings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
