Resumen del Puesto: En colaboración con los médicos asistentes, el Profesional de Práctica Avanzada evaluará, diagnosticará, tratará y gestionará a los pacientes en las áreas de Cardiología, tanto ambulatorias como hospitalarias. Formarás parte de un equipo de Proveedores de Práctica Clínica Avanzada, enfermeras y técnicos para evaluar y gestionar a los pacientes.
Experiencia
Requerida: Al menos 1 año de experiencia en cuidados críticos o atención de telemetría en pacientes hospitalizados.
Preferida: Se prefiere experiencia en Cardiología, ya sea como Proveedor de Práctica Avanzada o en Enfermería. La orientación se personalizará según la experiencia.
Educación
Requerida: Título de maestría o superior. Graduado de una Escuela de Enfermería acreditada por la ANA.
Licencias y Credenciales
Requeridas: Licencia actual de Nueva Jersey como Enfermero Registrado y Certificación de Enfermero de Práctica Avanzada a través de una asociación de especialidad. Se requieren licencias actuales de CDS y DEA. Aprobación de credenciales y privilegios clínicos según el procedimiento del Centro.
Habilidades
Requeridas: Mantener un horario flexible para asegurar que las necesidades de los pacientes y del personal se aborden/documenten de manera oportuna. Se requiere competencia en registros de salud electrónicos y gestión de bases de datos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal; dominio del Microsoft Office Suite, incluyendo WORD, EXCEL y POWERPOINT; bien organizado, orientado a los detalles y capaz de realizar múltiples tareas.
