Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team at Yoke's Fresh Markets. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring that all meat products are handled and displayed in a safe and appealing manner.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Handle and display meat products in a safe and appealing manner, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored.
• Operate meat cutting equipment, such as saws and slicers, to prepare meat products for display and sale.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking meat products, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Participate in visual merchandising and display of meat products to create an appealing and attractive display.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a meat cutting or related role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

This position requires standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
