Job Overview

AR SNF Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SNF Billing Specialist to join our team. As a remote billing specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate billing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage billing for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across the country
  • Utilize expertise in PointClickCare (PCC) and other relevant software to ensure accurate and efficient billing
  • Manage and follow up on outstanding claims to minimize delays and maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SNF billing, with a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing
  • Proven expertise in PointClickCare (PCC) and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Net Solutions, AHT, My Ability Ability, Availity, and other relevant software
  • Experience with multiple insurance and managed care claim web portals
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
