Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Spokane, WA. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
* 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or a related setting
* Current LPN licensure in the state of WA
* BLS certification
* Reliable transportation and ability to work a varied schedule
