We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team at All Dogs & Cats Veterinary Hospital - New Castle. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinary team in delivering high-quality medical services.
Responsibilities:- Assist in daily clinic duties, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Provide excellent client communication and support, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Record accurate and detailed medical information in patient records.
- Participate in special cleaning duties and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the clinic.
- Assist in providing patient care under the direction of a licensed veterinarian.
- Proficiency in laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, dental, and nursing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
