At Marriott International, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Overnight Bellman, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and supported throughout their stay.

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting with luggage.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles.
• Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience necessary.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
