Overnight Bellman

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Bellman to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee. As a key member of our Rooms and Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage, and provide directions as needed.
• Arrange transportation for guests/visitors, recording advance requests as necessary.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to move around the property, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs, as needed.
