About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SARAH Inc. as a BCBA. As a key member of our early intervention program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the development and implementation of activities that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess children and families to assist with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSPs that meet individual developmental needs.
  • Complete and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
  • Perform functions of service coordinator, ensuring Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet state-established standards.
Requirements
  • Valid behavior analyst license in the state of CT.
  • Valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
