About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SARAH Inc. as a BCBA. As a key member of our early intervention program, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing activities that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess children and families to create personalized curriculums and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that meet their unique developmental needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served, meeting state-established standards.
Requirements
  • Valid behavior analyst license in the state of CT.
  • Valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Reliable transportation and internet access.
