Community Support Specialist

At North Suffolk Community Services Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated Community Support Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about supporting people in achieving their goals and promoting overall health and well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct services to individuals in community and group living environment settings, including housing, risk mitigation, transportation, skill-building, money management, and medication administration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. They will also be MAP and CPR/First Aid certified within five months of hire and have a valid Massachusetts Drivers License.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes Employer Paid Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer matching, Voluntary Short and Long Term Disability Insurance, and Medical & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
