Job Overview

FULL TIME SUPERVISOR - SECOND SHIFT

We are seeking a dedicated individual with prior SUPERVISORY experience in the fields of warehousing and logistics.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will oversee and manage NKP Logistics team members, ensuring that tasks such as data entry, customer interaction, picking, packing, packaging, loading, unloading, inspection, storage, and shipment of products are performed efficiently. Responsibilities will also include inventory management and scheduling duties. The role requires versatility, a willingness to work overtime, and a commitment to professional development through external training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and coordinate team activities.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Manage inventory control and scheduling tasks.
  • Assist team members in completing their responsibilities.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance supervisory skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong data entry and clerical skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills and reliability are a must.
  • Proven supervisory experience is required.
  • Attention to detail is critical due to the paperwork involved.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
  • Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $26.65 per hour plus a $2.30 shift differential.
