About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Account Manager to join our team and manage risk solutions for our increasing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Handle daily operations efficiently, ensuring all client needs are met with high standards.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed presentations and reports, catering to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Client and Employee Servicing: Manage interactions with clients and employees smoothly, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Employee Navigator Proficiency: Utilize Employee Navigator to its full extent for benefits administration, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Policy Renewals and Claims Handling: Oversee the renewal processes and manage claims diligently to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in employee benefits account management within the insurance industry.
  • Licenses: Current Life and Health License required.
  • Residency: Based in California.
  • Skills: Employee Navigator / EASE proficiency, Microsoft Office capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
