Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Analyst to join our Business Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of compliance-related assessments, programs, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Assessment Support
    • Develop and implement compliance-related assessments, programs, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Analysis and Evaluation
    • Analyze and evaluate relevant compliance and risk management practices across the organization.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the second and third lines to strengthen the control environment and enhance risk management practices.
  • Data Analysis and Insight
    • Analyze and evaluate data that affects technical, operational, and business functions.
    • Provide insight into the practical impacts and implications of data analysis on the business line.
  • Control Standards and Compliance
    • Support the development of control standards to ensure compliance-related controls are documented in line with industry standards.
  • Risk Program Functions
    • Participate in the execution of essential risk program functions, including Compliance Risk Assessments, Key Risk Indicators (KRI) review, Issue Management, Operational Losses, and more.
    • Provide informed and valuable risk and control perspectives to other members of the Business Control team and Business Units.
  • Review and Challenge
    • Coordinate 2LOD Review & Challenge interactions with LOB, engage with 2LOD Compliance Testing (including RBC) to provide sufficient guidance and support during the testing period.
  • Risk Culture and Literacy
    • Assist with the development of a robust risk culture, risk conduct, and risk literacy within the first line of defense.
    • Design and implement preventive and detective controls relating to Entertainment Banking activities (focus on Compliance-related controls).
  • Liaison and Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the business teams' liaison for business line risk management, compliance activities, legal engagement, and internal or external audits.
    • Establish and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Communication and Presentation
    • Build and sustain effective relationships and alliances both internally and across all lines of business and staff areas to help deliver results and identify opportunities.
    • Partner with team members to contribute concise communication materials for senior management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience
    • 3+ years within or related to financial services
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence change, build relationships, communicate effectively, work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
    • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Salary Range
    • $37.96 - $60.64 per hour.
