Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and their pets in a warm and welcoming manner
- Show empathy and understanding towards clients and their pets
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records
- Process client payments and prepare invoices
- Utilize our computer information system to accurately enter client/patient information and update medical records
- Customer service experience
- Veterinary customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
