Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CareerNation. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Participate in patient education and support, promoting health and wellness through education and guidance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in New York State.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse in a pertinent practice area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
