Job Summary

Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at an upscale senior living community in Ashland City, Tennessee. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily housekeeping services to residents, including cleaning floors, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Closely follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and supplies, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and clean/disinfect waste containers.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including resident rooms and public spaces.
  • Clean public spaces, including corridors, stairwells, elevators, waiting rooms, and lobby.
  • Perform other department duties as assigned by the Housekeeping/EVS Manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting desired.
  • General knowledge of cleaning and infection prevention.
Work Environment

This position requires lifting up to 40 pounds and frequent standing, walking, and bending. You will work regularly scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays, and participate in required continuing education programs.
