Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a

Technical Lead for Field Services Operations

to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations and involves direct interaction with customer leadership, mentoring junior technicians, and serving as a liaison between the site and the Queue Management team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and repair, including familiarity with HPSM Knowledge Management systems, and will be responsible for creating and updating knowledge management articles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate operational and training activities at the site.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional managers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer support tickets in line with established Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
  • Act as a backup for the Site Operations Lead.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification.
  • Proven expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in various environments.
  • Proficient in using basic hand tools and reading digital test equipment.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
