Job Summary

Summit Counseling Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Specialist/Peer Support to join our team. As a Residential Specialist/Peer Support, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily activities and personal care, including hourly status checks, outings, and ensuring clients have necessary items for personal needs.
  • Monitor movement and safety of clients, transport clients to appointments and activities, and supervise and administer medication after training.
  • Provide basic first aid, CPR, Narcan dispensing, and medication passing certification, as well as agency orientation.
  • Work three shifts: days, evenings, and nights, with a requirement to work weekends.
  • Requires a High School Diploma/GED or higher and a valid ND driver's license.
  • Criminal record check required and may be subject to hiring and random drug screening.
  • Hourly wage begins at $18+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
