IT Security Manager Job Description

**Job Summary**

Technology Recruiting Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading our Cyber-Security team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing daily security operations, and monitoring our network for potential threats.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect our company's assets and data
* Build and lead a high-performing Cyber-Security team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and networks
* Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring network traffic and responding to security incidents
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business
* Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies to ensure our company remains secure and compliant

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on team leadership and policy development
* Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations, such as NIST and HIPAA
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field
