UW Health is seeking an exceptional RN Clinic Manager to lead our Pediatric Specialties Clinics at the Waisman Center. As a dynamic leader, you will provide strategic direction for our Developmental Pediatrics, Genetics and Autism Treatment Program Clinics. Our ideal candidate possesses 2 years of healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required, while a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for daily operations and administrative functions of the pediatric specialties clinics.
  • Ensure the provision of remarkable patient care for our pediatric patients and their families most efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage clinic staff, develop policies and procedures, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
