Responsibilities- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess and provide patient/client and family caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
- Implement plan of care formulated by physician and Registered Nurse.
- Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with plan of care.
- Maintains safe and healthy working environment and uses safe work methods and procedures in accordance with company clinical standards.
- Completion of state approved training program (generally in the form of a diploma, certificate, or associate degree) AND Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science Degree for Nursing.
- Completed Wound Care Certification and 1 to 2 years of experience
- RN license (pass NCLEX-PN exam)
- BLS certification
- 1-2 years recent nursing experience
- Mileage Reimbursement at $.65/mile
- Comprehensive Full Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision (Benefits begin first of the month following hire date.)
