We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Nurse to provide exceptional care for residents at The Timbers Skilled Nursing & Therapy. Our team provides consulting and support services to skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers that offer long-term care. This position will focus on delivering high-quality care to quickly and safely heal various types of wounds, including surgical openings, ulcers, bed sores, feeding tube sites, and abscesses.

Responsibilities and Purpose
  • Evaluate patients with wounds and injuries to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Initiate care procedures for managing wounds, including access and treatment planning.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a Long Term Care environment.
