We are a 120-bed facility, with 90 Long Term and 30 Short Term beds. As a 5-star CMS rated facility with an excellent reputation in the community, we are seeking caring individuals to provide quality care to our residents.

This part-time evening position includes 16 hours per week as a Porter (custodian/floor care tech). Responsibilities include:

  • Trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and waxing of floors
  • Vacuuming, cleaning of rooms upon resident discharge
  • In-house delivery of boxes, packages, and other items
  • Cleaning and upkeep of restrooms, resident rooms, community rooms, and offices

The primary purpose of this position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations governing our facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing tactfully with residents, family members, staff, and government personnel
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving equipment and supplies without restrictions
  • Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the department

This is a part-time position, including every other weekend hours.
