Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Hadley, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support our Physical Therapy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in patient care and treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Implement physical therapy interventions and modalities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CMA, AAMA, RMA, CNMA, or CCMA Medical Assistant certification required
  • Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
  • One (1) year technical/vocational training school program or one (1) to three (3) years' experience as a medical assistant preferred
