About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA.

The salary for this position is $30-35 per hour, depending on location and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain critical mechanical, electrical, and control systems in a critical environment facility.
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
  • Troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend system upgrades.
  • Order parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
