Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee collection efforts for major and complex accounts.
  • Evaluate collection metrics and identify patterns.
  • Assess credit holds and suggest credit line extensions.
  • Address short payments, disputes, and billing discrepancies.
  • Adhere to credit protocols to release orders on hold.
  • Conduct customer evaluations and recommend credit limits.
  • Monitor account aging and establish collection objectives.
  • Support various projects and initiatives as needed.


Compensation Details: $24.50 per hour
