Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Grand Casino. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building structures, finishes, and fixtures.
  • Respond to work orders and complete tasks on schedule.
  • Communicate with management and other teams to coordinate tasks and timelines.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform carpentry work, including finish carpentry, and operate equipment such as pneumatic tools and scaffolding.
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance and operations is a plus.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.
  • Preferred background in carpentry work.
