Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the University of Vermont Health Network. This is a full-time position located in Family Medicine Berlin, requiring a 40-hour workweek with regular hours from 8am to 5pm.

Benefits:

  • Eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $7,500 for external candidates with one year of LPN experience
  • Relocation package of $9,200 available to candidates

The LPN I plays a vital role in the care team, providing high-quality care that is compassionate, consistent, and reliable for our patients, families, and units. As a key contributor, you will be involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider or RN, providing technical nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families
  • Perform duties assigned, including technical nursing care and patient assessment
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements:

  • One year of LPN experience (for external candidates)
  • Ability to work regular hours from 8am to 5pm
